CHECK IN | CHECK OUT
Check in is at 3 p.m. Check out is at 11 a.m. Due to the small size of our hotel, we may not be able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures. Arrivals Sunday through Thursday or after 6 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays will require accessing room keys from the hotel lockbox outside the front door. Instructions will be emailed to you or you may call 262-549-3800, upon arrival, for instructions.
PARKING
Public parking is available in the City of Waukesha’s Public Parking Ramp at 241 South Street, located about two blocks from the hotel. Parking is available on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The first two hours are free. After the first two hours, parking is $3.50 per day. Please scan the QR code at the entrance (or below) and purchase a multiple day pass as one-day passes expire at midnight. Multiple day passes will allow you to enter and leave the ramp multiple times during your stay. If you park in the ramp for more than two hours and have not purchased a pass, you will receive a $25 citation. If your vehicle is too large to fit in the ramp, or you desire to park in one of the surface lots, you may purchase a pass at https://waukeshawi.cmrpay.com/ . WEDDING & EVENT BLOCKS
Our Boutique Hotel is the perfect backdrop for your wedding/event guests. We’re located within walking distance of the Historic Courthouse 1893 and The Rotunda Venue.
We offer complimentary Wedding/Event Blocks for your guests and will hold the block until 30 days prior to your event date. Guests will NOT be able to book a room in a Block on line, they MUST call the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you must cancel your reservation, we require 24 hours notice prior to your arrival. If less than 24 hours notice is given, or you don’t show up, you are responsible for cancellation fees up to the total cost of all nights reserved. Please check your arrival and departure dates. We are unable to give refunds for early departures.
